hi. I am pretty new to the egg! Just got it in May. I have been loving every minute of it. This weekend I want to cook my first brisket but the biggest one my local BJs had was 6.5 pounds, so I bought 2 of them and will cook them both at the same time. I know that's not the best and it would have been better to have one large one but this will have to do. My question is , do I plan on this cook to be like I am cooking for a 13 pounder or like a 6.5 pounder even though there will be 2 cooking? This seems like a ridiculous question but I don't want to mess it up. We are planning on eating it on Sunday late afternoon.
